How to request removal of your LupaDólar account and records.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the LupaDólar app, go to Profile → Delete account.
  2. Confirm the deletion request. Your account will be queued for removal.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Delete my LupaDólar account.” We will verify ownership and schedule deletion.

What is removed

  • Profile data (name, email, preferences, alerts).
  • Stored session tokens and authentication credentials.
  • Premium subscription status (you may need to cancel the subscription directly with Apple or Google to stop future billing).

Data retained in hashed or anonymized form

  • Security logs that may include hashed IP addresses to detect abuse.
  • Aggregated usage metrics (e.g., filter popularity, feature counts) kept without personal identifiers for analytics and service improvement.

Timeline

  • Deletion requests are processed promptly, typically within 30 days.
  • If legal obligations require longer retention (e.g., fraud investigations), we will limit access and delete the data as soon as permitted.
